Providing administration assistance to a busy recruitment office in Beverley.
The chosen candidate will be part of the administration team and will be completing the following tasks:
- Adding/updating CV's, documents and current information onto the database
- Database maintenance
- Answering phones
- Organising the post ready to send
- General office duties i.e. filing, photocopying
- Assisting members of the administration or recruitment teams with specific tasks when required
