Working in a restaurant/bar environment the sucessful candidate will provide a variety of customer services and administrative tasks including:
- Taking bookings.
- Writing table lists.
- Writing Rotas.
- Stock & order preparing.
- Placing orders on line.
- Writing specials out.
- Writing menus.
- Recording open/close procedures.
- Recording staff hours.
- Counting tills.
- Recording take.
- Entering take into accounts spreadsheets.
- Interviewing staff.
- Recording interview process.
