Healthy Hearts All Around At Hull Business Training Centre
Today we had a visit from Heart Research UK who are a Yorkshire based heart charity who came and offered healthy heart checks to any staff or students who wanted to take part. This included having your blood pressure taken and filling in a healthy lifestyle questionaire.
And good news! We're all fit, healthy and raring to go!
