Customer Service Apprentice
This customer service role with an electrical retailers is perfect for someone who is confident, friendly and has an excellent telephone manner.
The selected candidate must be good at following instructions, diligent with paperwork and have an outgoing personality.
You will need to learn everything about the business and what services and products they offer. You will spent most of the time on the telephones talking to clients and prospective clients. There is also the potential for a permanent role at the end of the Apprenticeship for the right person.
- Answering inbound customer sales calls
- Processing orders
- Serving on trade counter
- Any other administrative duties
